Nimhneach values feedback about what we do well and when we didn’t meet your expectations.
If something went wrong or you feel we could handle a situation better, we would like to hear about it. We will address issues and complaints and make any changes needed.
Good to know
- It is easier for us to resolve issues that are directly Nimhneach based.
- It is easier to resolve issues that are recent.
- It is harder for us to resolve issues where events have happened outside Nimhneach.
- We are not trained investigators. We can only address issues in good faith.
- We prefer to receive feedback and complaints from the affected person. We understand that there are reasons why you might want a friend or supporter to initiate a conversation. We will usually need to hear from the original party to proceed, especially if it is something concerning another attendee or crew.
- This contact form is sent to the Club Owners only (Fig and Sweetcuddlything on Fetlife). If you feel there is a conflict of interest, get in touch and we will agree on an alternative.
Timescales
We promise to get back to you within 7 days. We like to reply sooner but the days immediately before and after an event are busy. We try to have an initial resolution within a month. If we need to change that timeline we will talk to you about why.
