If something went wrong or we are doing something wrong, we would like to hear about it. We will address issues and complaints and make any changes needed.
Things to know.
- It is easier for us to resolve issues that are directly Nimhneach based.
- It is easier to resolve issues that are recent.
- It is harder for us to resolve issues where events have happened outside Nimhneach.
- We are not trained investigators. We can only address issues in good faith.
Timescales
We promise to get back to you within 7 days. We like to reply sooner but the days immediately before and after an event are busy. We try to have an initial resolution within a month. If we need to change that timeline we will talk to you about why.
