We know that life sometimes gets in the way even with the best intentions. No quibble refunds can be requested up to one day before the event.
You have two choices:
(A) Converting your ticket to a voucher for a future event will not incur an administration fee. Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Self serve management to convert tickets to vouchers is available up to one day before the event.
(B) We will issue refunds minus a €3.00 administration fee per ticket. Refunds will revert to the original card used for purchase. Self serve is not available for this option.

Refund requests after one day before the event will be considered on a case by case basis. Contact us using the ticket contact form on the Nimhneach website below or email us.
We will not consider any refund requests made after 18:00 hours on the day of the event.
How to get your refund
Use the self serve option. To find the self-serve login, visit the link where you bought your ticket. You should see a button called ‘Manage tickets’ which allows you to see your orders.
If you write to us using the tickets contact form below or on email, indicate which out of the two options you would prefer.
(A) Converted voucher for use in next 6 months.
The Self serve convert option is available up to one day before the event.
(B) Payment refund minus admin fee. Admin fee is €3.00 per ticket.
Funds will revert to the card used for purchase.
Please include any one or more of the following:
- Ticket code (typically 7 digits)
- The email that you booked the ticket with.
- A screenshot of the ticket.
- The name you booked the ticket under.
We are unlikely to acknowledge refund requests received 3 days before the event until after the event has run.
- Refunds will revert to the card used to purchase the tickets.
- Vouchers will go to the original email address.
It will take up to 10 days to receive your refund once requested. Payment refunds will be made into the same bank account you bought the ticket with. Stripe is our payment processor and we do not see any of these details.
Once we have initiated a refund, we cannot stop it if you change your mind.
Partial Vouchers
Ticket Tailor and Stripe require us to do all the tickets in a Stripe Transaction or none. So if one of your party can’t make it, we cannot create a voucher for just one of the tickets. We should be able to do something for you – get in touch and we will work it out.
Private Sales
You are free to buy or sell tickets at face value to other attendees. Please exercise reasonable caution when sharing private information.
