💳 Full Refunds (minus booking fee)
- You can request a refund no questions asked up to 48 hours before the event using Ticket Tailor’s Self-Serve system.
- To do this, visit your original ticket link.
- Click ‘Manage Tickets’ to view your order and request a refund.
- The amount will be returned to the original payment card (minus the booking fee). Â
🕑 Within 48 Hours of the Event
- Refunds requested inside this window will be handled case by case.
- If approved, a refund may be offered, minus the booking fee.Â
- Use the contact form on www.nimhneach.ie or email us directly for these requests.
- We will process these requests in the week after the event has run.
If you write to us using the tickets contact form below or on email, please include any one or more of the following:
- The email that you booked the ticket with
- A screenshot of the ticket
- The name you booked the ticket under
- Ticket code (typically 7 digits)
🚫 After 18:00 on the Day of the Event
Refund requests made after 18:00 hours on the night may not be considered.
Other Information
- Refunds will go back to card used to purchase the tickets.
- Refund requests made less than 2 days before the event may not be reviewed until after the event.
- It will take up to 10 days to receive your refund once requested.
- Once we have processed a refund, we cannot cancel it if you change your mind.
Private Sales
You are free to buy or sell tickets at face value to other attendees. Be careful when sharing private information.
